About Us

HospoHang was created because Scotland hospitality workers deserve community growth, space to connect to their peers, and opportunities to benefit in creative ways within an undercompensated industry. Zach Sapato started HospoHang but it belongs to everyone. HospoHang is not a business or a thing to own and be sold. We are a community, a word-of-mouth network, a fun club, a pop-up "third place" where everyone working in the sector can feel welcomed, appreciated, and know that they belong. We work to always be learning and improving ways to organize so each month more and more people can feel included, considered, hosted, and accepted. We work with brands to increase opportunities and community investment in Scotland hospitality. Our events are professionally designed, creative, unique, and intentional.
